The Drag Net [sometimes The Dragnet] is a 1928 silent film crime drama produced by Famous Players-Lasky and distributed by Paramount Pictures. It was directed by Josef von Sternberg from an original screen story and starred George Bancroft and Evelyn Brent.[1] The director and the two lead actors following on the heels of their 1927 gangster film success Underworld. This film is lost.[2][3]
